Roofing servicesStart with what you can see.
Not sure what your roof needs? Start with the symptom. Water inside is a leak or repair job. A faded, rusty or mossy roof that's still sound usually wants painting or a clean. Sheets rusting through or tiles breaking all over usually means a re-roof.
Match the job to your roof
Knowing what your roof is made of narrows things down fast. Iron and longrun roofs get painted or re-roofed, decramastic and pressed metal tiles have their own repairs, concrete and clay tiles get restored, and flat roofs are usually membrane or butynol. Spouting (gutters), downpipes and flashings each have a page of their own.
If you're still not sure
Pick the closest match, and the roofer will sort out the rest once they've seen it. The leak finder helps narrow down where water is getting in, and restore or re-roof? helps with the biggest decision most owners face. If you'd rather have the whole roof looked over first, start with a roof inspection.

Every service page explains what the job involves, what you can safely do yourself and what to ask a roofer before you say yes. When you're ready, we'll pass your job to one checked local roofer.
